Orders received by 2pm are dispatched the same day so you get your order as quickly as possible - subject to stock. We advise that as soon as you get the confirmation email, check it carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors. If you have not received a confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order please give us a call to check if your order has been processed.
If you wish to remove items from your order please call us on 0845 415 4115 with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched your order items can be refunded. Unfortunately it is not possible to add to orders once payment has been taken. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock (this applies to orders placed on a working week day, orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day).
