Marmox 60mm Plastic Spankers

Marmox Spankers are a fast and reliable method of fixing 10mm, 12.5mm, 20mm and 30mm tile backer boards to solid walls. With the boards in place, a hole is drilled through the board into the wall using a 10mm bit, the stem is inserted into the hole and the nylon expansion pin is then driven into the stem to expand the tail of the fixing. Nine fixings required for a 600x1250 board, fiveteen for a 600x2400 and twenty for a 1200x2400 board. For extra security it is recommended to first glue the board to the wall using an 8x8mm trowel.
