We are completely in love with this bathroom – from the modern grey tiles to the pops of mustard yellow, it’s cool and modern but totally functional. Blogger Jasmin, the brains behind hit blog Brick Dust Baby, is chronicling the journey she and her young family are taking by completely renovating their Victorian house in Hove, Brighton.
This project proves that space isn’t everything. The compact bathroom exudes urban cool and has everything a young family could need. Jasmin managed to squeeze in a double ended bath – in her words “the main requirement as no one wants the tap end!” As well as the dream bath the bathroom also features a basin with storage unit, mirrored cabinet, heated towel rail and ceiling mounted waterfall shower.
The tiles used are from the Scone range – a cement grey porcelain tile with a patchwork-style printed pattern. The feature wall continues onto the floor and is brought alive with pops of mustard yellow from the towels. This is a great way to bring colour into a neutral bathroom and means you can easily switch up the colour scheme whenever you feel like it.
