Kerakoll BioGel Extreme is a highly deformable and workable hybrid gel adhesive. Suitable for bonding almost everything, it has been tested under the most extreme working conditions. BioGel Extreme is supplied in a 10kg tub containing 8.6kg of part A and 1.4kg of part B. To prepare the adhesive, mix part B into the bucket containing part A, being careful to mix the two parts uniformly until a smooth, even coloured mixture is obtained.

  • Extreme Adhesion - Very fast bonding and adhesive strength 5 times superior to a class C2 cement-based adhesive after 24 hours.
  • Extreme Deformability - Stress resistant, 10 times more deformable than a class S2 cement-based adhesive.
  • Extreme Fluidity - Easy to spread, 5 times less viscous than a polyurethane adhesive, transforms into a smooth gel like cement-based adhesive.

BioGel Extreme is eco friendly, making it perfect for green building projects. It can be used over existing tiles, underfloor heating, concrete, gypsum & anhydrite, brick, plaster and most other substrates to fix all types of tiles, natural stone, insulation, metal and glass. For the full list of suitable substrates, materials and uses please see the data sheet.
