Multiboard is primarily used as a lightweight tile backer board. This ensures that tiles and coverings are safely and securely fixed in place. As well as internal use, it's also certified for external use. This means that it can be used as an external tile backer board and can also be used outside underneath a coating of render.

Multiboard is also completely waterproof and can be used as a bonded waterproof assembly. The unique patented surface of Marmox Multiboard allows for heavier tiles to be installed, giving you freedom of choice. As it is completely impermeable to water, it is perfect in areas prone to moisture, making it a good waterproof tile backer board option for anyone looking to tile a bathroom or kitchen.
