While we do our best to use images that accurately represent our tiles, images on our website are to be used as a guide only. We always recommend ordering a sample to check you are happy with the colour and patterning of the tile.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7:30am-5:30pm.

Tile Orders

FREE 3-4 working day delivery service for all orders of tiles over £300 including VAT. Conditions apply - see Delivery page for further details.

PLUS upgrades to 1-2 working day and Saturday delivery available.

A 'working day' is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.

Lustrolite Orders

FREE 3-4 working day delivery service for all orders of Lustrolite products over £150 including VAT. Conditions apply - see Delivery page for further details.

Ancillary Orders

FREE 1-2 working day delivery service for all orders over £50 including VAT. This excludes tiles, shower screens and special order items. Conditions apply - see Delivery page for further details.

Delivery Damages

It's important that you indicate the damages on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Notify The London Tile Co by calling our advice line, 0333 320 80 48, if there are any damages or irregularities to your order within 24 hours of delivery.
